Know All Men By These Presents, That J.J. Freeze
and wife Emma Freeze, have made, constituted
and appointed, and by these presents do make,
constitute and appoint, C.D. Shafer, our true and
lawful attorney for us in our name and place
and stead, To sell, barber, exchange or dispose
of the following described property in Alachua Co-
unty, Florida, To-wit: Commence at the North-
west corner of South half of Sec 31. Township
9, Range 20, and run thence South 330 yards, thence
east 733-1/3 yards, thence North 330 years, and run
thence West 733-1/3 yards to beginning, in fee-sim-
ple or for any less estate, to any person or persons,
for any price and in any manner whatsoever, and
for these purposes to execute and acknowledge
any deed or deeds, lease or leases, with general
covenants of warranty against the lawful claims
of any and all person or persons whomsoever. And
further to enter suit or suits, action or actions, real
or personal, or mixed, he shall deem proper for
the recovery, possession or enjoyment for any mat-
ter or thing which is or may hereafter be due,
payable or owing, belonging accrueing or ap-
pertaining to either of us for or by reason of
the premises or any part thereof, and in any such
suits or actions, for either of us by reason of cer-
tain notes and mortgages, from W.H. Noegle to Em
ma Freeze, which is due or to become due, or notes
and mortgages or mortgage from Julian Davis
to Emma Freeze, to collect said note or notes, as
they may fall due, to enter suit to foreclose
said mortgages in case either of them fall
due and remain unpaid, or extend the time
for the payment of same; And further to do
any and all things necessary to enforce the col
lection of a certain amount due J.J. Freeze
