and Jack Camp, to me well known as the
Secretary of said Corporation, each of whom
acknowledged that he signed, sealed and
delivered the above and foregoing deed by
authority of said Corporation, as the act
of the said Corporation, at the time and place,
in the manner and for the uses and purposes
as therein set forth and contained.

This Indenture, Made the 13th day of December
1915, between J.N. Shands, as Special Master
in Chancery, of the first part and Thomas N.
Fielding. Whereas, the Circuit Court of the 8th
Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and
for the County of Alachua, in Chancery, on
the 15th day of October 1915, among other things
ordered, adjudged and decreed, in a certain
cause their pending in the said Court, between
Thomas N. Fielding, Evans Haile and George
Macon complainants, and Mrs Julia Ann Owens
defendant that the mortgaged premises men-
tioned in said decree and hereinafter parti-
cularly described, be sold by said Master, at
public auction, the said Master first giving
legal notice notice of the time and place
of sale, in a newspaper published at
Gainesville, Florida in the said State,
