herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of
dower, in and to the lands, tenements and heredit-
aments therein described and thereby granted and
released, and that she executed said deed freely
and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made this 6th day of May A.D. 1913,
between Roy Jones Moran, of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and J.
A. Maultsby, of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the second part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten & no/100 Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, releas-
ed and quit-claimed, and by these presents do
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said party of the first part
have in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, towit: Commence on the south
boundary 60 feet west of the Seaboard Air Line
Railway, at the right of way, and run west 2340
feet, or 35 chains & 45 links, (35.45) to the 1/2 mile
post; thence North 3960 feet or 60 chains to stake:
