Alachua County. } Know All Men by These Presents:
That W.J. Matthews and his wife, J.D. Matthews of the
County of Alachua State of Florida held and firmly
bound unto Mrs. Vannie Booth of the County of Al
achua State of Florida, in the sum of Nine Hundred,
Fifty & no/100 dollars, for the payment whereof well
and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors and administrators jointly and sever
ally firmly by these presents. Signed and sealed
this 24th day of November, AD 1915. The Condition
of the above obligation is such that whereas the said
W.J. Matthews and J.D. Matthews have this day
bargained and sold to the said Mrs. Vannie, Booth
the following described property, lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida: the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter, and
the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Sec
tion Thirty Four (34) Township Nine (9) Range Fourteen,
S.& E. And in consideration thereof, the said Mrs.
Vannie Booth has executed 7 certain promissory
notes of even date herewith, payable
