Now if the said Vannie Booth shall well and truly pay
the said promissory note, with interest as stated there
in, and shall pay all taxes and insurance upon
the within-described property, into the possession
of which, from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed
he shall enter and continue, then the said W.J. Mat
thews and J.D. Matthews his wife shall execute a
deed in fee simple to the said Mrs Vannie Booth
for the aforesaid property, when this obligation is to be
void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

said County, personally came Mrs J.D. Matthews to
me known to be the wife of W.J. Matthews who execut-
ted the foregoing Bond for Title, who, being examin-
ed separate and apart from her husband, acknow-
ledges that she made herself a party to the forego-
ing bond for the purpose of relinquishing her dower-
conditioned upon, and for the faithful performance-
of, the covenants therein made, and that the same
is done of her own free will and accord, and
without compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her husband.
