This Indenture, made this 3rd day of January 1916,
between George Richardson (Widower) of the County
of Alachua in the State of Fla. party of the first
part and Alexander C. Taylor of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida party of the second part, Wit-
nesseth: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of 56.00 dollars to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assign forever, the following
described lots, pieces, parcels or tracts of land, sit-
uated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to wit:
Commence at S.E. Corner of SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Sec-
tion 32, in Tp. 8 R 22 E. Thence North 18.35 chains
to a corner on North Side of public road. The begin-
ning of the land herein described. Thence North 8.50
chains Thence West 9.45 chains to corner on Public ro-
ad. Thence S 47 degrees E along North side of said road to
beginning. Containing 4 acres of land. To have and to
hold the above described premises, together with all
and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, unto him the said party of the sec-
ond part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said
party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same
