Dollars, to them in hand paid by Miss Eleanor G. Shaw of Gain-
esville, Florida of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt where of they do hereby acknowledge; have granted, bargain-
ed, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto her the said Miss Eleanor G. Shaw all that certain
lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and de-
scribed as follows, to-wit:
The West One-half of lots sixty-eight (68) and seventy-one (71) Porter's
Addition to Gainesville, Florida, same being a re-survey of the East
half of Lot One (1) of the North Half of Section six (6) township ten
(10) South of range twenty (20) east, said tract herein conveyed being
58 1/2 feet East and west by 146 feet North and South, fronting Un-
iversity Avenue, West as per plat recorded in Plat Book "A" page
67 Public Records of Alachua County, Fla.
Containing by estimation-acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
To Have And To Hold the same unto her the said Miss Eleanor
G. Shaw and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
in fee simple absolute and they the said Mrs L.L. (Frances Fenton)
and L.L. Bernard do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Miss Eleanor G. Shaw that they are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and fully conveyed, and that they have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever,
and that they will and their heirs, executors, and Administra-
tors shall and will forever warrant and defend the same un-
to her the said Miss Eleanor G. Shaw and to her heirs, execut-
ors, Administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or
hereafter to claim the same.

affixed their seals on this 28th day of August AD 1915.
