who executed the above and foregoing Deed, and
acknowledged that he signed, sealed and deliv-
ered the said Deed for the uses and purposes
therein set forth and contained, and by authority
and direction of the Decree of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County, Florida, therein recited. Witness

in recited. And further, that the corporate seal
of the Williamson Chemical Company attached
hereto, is the true corporate seal of the said
corporation and that he has authority under
the law to attach the same to the said Deed.
