This Indenture, Made this Sixth day of January
in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen,
between The Ellsworth Trust Company a Corporation
created and organized under and by virtue of the laws
of the State of Iowa, party of the first part, and R.B. Hodgson
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of
the first part, in consideration of the sum of Fifty and
no/100 Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have granted bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed and quit claimed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell alien, remise, release, convey
and quit claim unto the said party of the second 
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all our right,
title and interest in the following described lands,
situated in Alachua County, State of Florida, to-wit:
The South East Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4 of NE1/4)
of Section No. Thirty-Two (32) Township No. Ten (10) South
Range No. Eighteen (18), east of the Tallahassee Meridian,
Together with all and Singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances Thereunto belonging, or in
anywise appertaining, and the reversion and remainders,
rents, issues and profits Thereof: and all the estate, right,
title, interest, dower, and right of dower, property, possess-
ion, claim and demand Whatsoever, in law and in
equity, of the said parties of the first part of, in
and to the above granted premises, and every part
Thereof, With the appurtenances: To Have and To Hold
the above mentioned and described premises with the
appurtenances, to the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
 In Witness Whereof, the said Ellsworth Trust Company
has caused these presents to be signed by E.O. Ellsworth
its President, and its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
on the day and year first above written.
