appeared before me Geo C. Pyle a Notary Public in
and for said County and State E.O. Ellsworth, President
of the Ellsworth Trust Company, to me personally
known to be the President of said Company, and
the person who, as such President, executed the
foregoing instrument and he acknowledged that he
as such President, executed the foregoing instrument
as the Deed of the said Corporation, and the said
E.O. Ellsworth being by me duly sworn, says that
he knows the Corporate seal of the said Ellsworth Trust
Company and that the seal affixed to the foregoing
instrument is the Corporate seal of the said Company.
And that the same was affixed by him to the said
instrument by order of the Board of Directors of
said company.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my Notarial Seal on the day and
