This Indenture, made this 16th day of March 1914 be-
tween H.S. Breeden (Widower) of the County of Al
achua in the State of Florida party of the first part
and Mrs. Lola Davis of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida party of the second part, Witness-
eth: That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One dollar to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has gran
ted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the follow
ing described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida
to-wit: The West half of North-West quarter of North
East quarter of Section Eighteen Township seven
south of Range Nineteen East. Containing Twenty
acres more or less. To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
unto her, the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said party of the first
part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever. Witness my hand and
