This Indenture, Made the 17th day of November, in
the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
fifteen, between A.O. Steenburg and Margaret Steen
burg, his wife, St. Petersburg, of the County of Pine
llas State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
K. Maxwell, St. Petersburg, of the County of Pine-
llas, State of Florida party of the second part:
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable consideration, lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid
by the said K. Maxwell, party of the second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have gra
nted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed,
