tween Versie Robinson and Wheeler Robinson her husband
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part, and Frank Lewis of the County of Al
achua and State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth, thath the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, to us
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
wledged, have granted, bargained, sold and trans
ferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell and transfer unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever, all that
