I hereby certify that on this 5th day of February,
1916,m before me Barney R. Colson, Notary Public
in and for said County personally appeared Penny
S. Fleming and H.M. Fleming, her husband, to
me well known to be the persons described in, and
who executed the foregoing instrument, and sever-
ally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed for the uses and purposes there
in mentioned; and the said Penny S. Fleming, wife
of the said H.M. Fleming, on an examination taken
and made separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she made herself
a party to the said deed for the purpose of relin
quishing and renouncing her dower and separate
statutory estate in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted
and released, and that she executed said deed
freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
