That the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of $ 50.00 to them cash in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, sold,
released, remised and quit-claimed unto the
said party of the second part, her heirs and as
signs, all of the right, title, claim and interest of
the said parties of the first part in and to the fol
lowing described land situated and being in
Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: S.W. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4
Sec. 10, Tp. 8, R. 21. Together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have And To Hold the same unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their seals on this the 6th January 1916.

described in and who executed above deed, and
each severally acknowledged before me that they
executed the same for the purpose therein express
ed. And I further certify that the said Mrs. Sue.
F. Cannon, to me well known to be the wife of the
said E.E. Cannon, upon an examination taken
and made by me separately and apart from her
said husband, did acknowledge before me that
she executed said deed freely and voluntarily
and without any fear, apprehension or con-
straint of or from her said husband.
