Witnesseth That for and in consideration of One hundred
dollars invested in improvements by the said
second party hereby acknowledged, in advance for
the year 1912, and the promise to pay to the said first
party Fifty dollars cash in advance the second year
Jan. first 1913 and to invest a like amount in necess-
ary and valuable improvement on the buildings
like wise one year later, and for each subsequent
year to make similar cash payment and im-
provements for the full term of lease and option
herein specified unless sooner cancelled by
mutual agreement or purchase under this
option privilege.
The said first party, owners thereof, hereby lease
and option to said second party for a term of five
years from the first day of January 1912 The
following described property situate in Alachua
County and State of Florida to wit: All of the North
West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Seven-
teen Township Nine South, Range twenty-one east
(NW1/4 of NW1/4 Sec 17 Ts 9 R. 21E.)
All of lot One (1) and North quarter (N1/4 of lot Sixteen
(16) The North half (N1/2) of Lot two (2) excepting three
acres sold to Cornelius Conolly) containing Thirty
two (32) acres more or less in Section 18 T 9 s
R 21 E
  The South half of Block One (1) and The South half,
and West half of North East quarter of Block Two (2)
The North half of North East quarter of Block Two (2)
The North half of Block five (5) & all of Block Six (6)
Containing twenty one (21) acres more or less in
Sed 13 T9 S R 20 E
    In Section 12 T 9 S R 20 E The following described
lands. Beginning at the South East Corner of Lot
ten (10) Thence running 396 ft North, Thence 660
ft West, Thence 396 ft South-Thence 660 ft East
to place of beginning. Containing Six acres of land
more or less.
      Commencing at the South East Corner of
Lot Twenty Nine (29) - Thence West Twenty one
(21) Chains to the S.A.L. Railway limits - Thence
Northwards along the curve of The Railroad Fifteen (15)
