of $1000.00 the agreed purchase price for the N 1/2 of NW 1/4

17-Tp 9s R 21 E being one hundred acres in
Sec 17 for which a Warranty Deed is executed
from N.H. Sibley, Mary V. Sibley and James B. Bell
by N.H. Sibley attorney in fact all of even date
hereof to be deposited in Escrow with the Atlantic
National Bank of Jacksonville until the first of
$ 225.00 Note is paid where they are to be recorded
and delivered to the respective owners, likewise a
new contract on other property executed in duplicate
by the above N.H. Sibley and A.G. Hulbert.
