executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and ac-
knowledged that they executed the same for the uses
and purposes therein expressed, and the said Pear-
la Crocker, wife of the said Obie Crocker, upon a
private examination by me held, separate and apart
from her said husband, acknowledged and declared
that she executed the same freely and voluntarily,
and without fear or apprehension, compulsion or
constraint of or from her said husband, and for the pur-
pose of relinquishing, renouncing and conveying all
her right of whatever kind, in and to the said property.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my official seal, this 25th day of Jan-
