This Indenture, made and entered into on this
the 11 day of May 1915, by and between J.A. Tompkins,
widower, of the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
party of the first part, and R.G. Mingledorff and
J.R. Tompkins and J.D. Caldwell as Trustees of
Antioch Methodist Episcopal Church, South, located
at Lochloosa, in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, and their successors in trust for the use of
said Church, and the Public for a cemetary or Burial
ground for people of the caucasian race, parties of
the second part:
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Five ($500) Dollars,
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents does remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said parties of the second part and to their
successors in office in trust as aforesaid, all
of the right, title and interest of the said party of
the first part of, in and to the following described
land situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, to Wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South half
of Lot Seven (7), in Section Thirty-four (34), in Town-
Ship Eleven (11), South, Range Twenty-two (22) East:
Thence South One hundred and five (105) feet: Thence
East Six hundred (600) feet: Thence North One hun-
dred and Five (105) feet, Thence West Six Hundred (600)
feet to pace of beginning, Containing 63,000 square
feet more or less
To Have and To Hold the same unto the said
parties of the second part, and their successors in
Office in trust as aforesaid for the use and be-
hoof of said Church and the public as aforesaid, forever.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first
part has hereunto set his hand and seal the
