wife of the said Early A. Tompkins on an examination
taken and made by me separate and apart from her
said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to the foregoing instrument and executed
the same for the purpose of renouncing, relinquishing
and conveying all of her right, title and interest, whet
her of dower, right of dower or separate estate, of, in
and to the lands therein described and thereby conveyed
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

This Indenture, made and entered into on this
the 2nd day of December 1915, by and between
Selma Manire and Thomas H. Manire, her husband
of the County of Manatee and State of Florida parties
of the first part, and R.G. Mingledorff and J.R. Tompkins
and J.P. Caldwell as Trustees of Antioch Methodist
Episcopal Church South, located at Lochloosa, in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and their
successors in trust for the use of said Church
and the Public for a Cemetary or Burial ground
for people of the Caucasian race, parties of the
second part: Witnesseth: That the said parties of
the first part for and in Consideration of the
sum of Five ($500) Dollars, and other valuable consid-
eration, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
