This Indenture, Made and entered into on this the
19th day of May 1915, by and between Mamie Winter,
her husband E.L. Winter and Minor daughter, Charlie
Dorothy Coleman of the County of Volusia and State of
Florida parties of the first part, and R.G. Mingledorff and
J.R. Tompkins and J.D. Caldwell as Trustees of Antioch
Methodist Episcopal Church South, located at Loch-
loosa, in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and
their successors in trust for the use of said
Church and the Public for a cemetary or Burial
ground for people of the Caucasian race, parties of
the second part: Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
