that we Albert Du Bose and Emma Du Bose, his wife
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to
us in hand paid, the receipt hereof is hereby ackno-
wledged, and other good and valuable consid-
erations, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, release
transfer and quit-claim unto Perry M. Colson
his heirs and assigns the following described real
estate; situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua and the State of Florida and more par-
ticularly described as follows: To Wit: Beginning
at a point 1945 feet west of the N.E. corner of Sec.
17, Township 10, South of range 19  East, run south
660 feet, thence west 442 feet, thence north 660 feet,
thence east 442 feet to the place of beginning, contain-
ing by estimation seven acres more or less lying
and being in Section 17, Township 10, South of Range
19 East. To Have And To Hold, the same unto the said
Perry M. Colson, his heirs and assigns forever. In
Witness Thereof, We have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 24th day of August 1915.

for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
and the said Emma Du Bose, the wife of the said Al-
bert Du Bose, on an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband,
