This Indenture, made this 12th day of Dec. 1914, between
E.E. Cannon & wife S.F. Cannon of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida parties of the first part and Frances C.
Waldron of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of 40 dollars, to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels of tract of
land, situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 12 in Block 139 of Cannon's replat of same in Fairmount
or High Springs, Florida.
To have and to hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto
her the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
