Before me personally appeared E.E. Cannon and S.F. Cannon
his wife, to me well known as the persons described in and who
executed the above and foregoing deed of conveyance and each
severally acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and contained:
And the said Mrs. S.F. Cannon the wife of the said E.E. Cannon
upon an examination taken and made by me separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge before me that she
made herself a party to said deed and executed the same free-
ly and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

before me this 12th day of Dec. 1914.

This Indenture made this eighth day of July AD 1914, between
the Alachua County Colonization Company (Incorporated), a cor-
poration organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Virginia, party of the first part, and Mrs. A.E. Bailey, of Jud-
son, State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Seventy five Dollars, to it in hand paid
by said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns, forever, the following
described land situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, to wit:
Lot numbered 15 of Block 34 of the Town of Tyler, according
to the Plat of said Town, filed in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for said Alachua County on the thirtieth
day of November, AD 1912, and recorded among the public re-
