cords of said County in Plat Book A. on page 101; Also
Tract No. 36 of Section 6, in Township 10 S. Range 16 E. according
to the Plat of the Alachua County Colonization Company's
(Incorporated) Subdivision of said Section 6, filed in the Clerks
office aforesaid, on or about the thirteenth day of July, 1914,
and recorded among the public records aforesaid.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby fully war-
rant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part hath caused
these presents to be executed by its President, and its corporate
seal hereupon impressed, and the same attested by its Secretary,
the day and year first above written.

Be it known that I, W.D. Halsey a Notary Public, in and for
the County and State aforesaid, do hereby certify that William E.
Waskell, whose name is signed to the foregoing deed from the Ala-
chua County Colonization Company (Incorporated) to Mrs. A.E. Bailey
as the President of said grantor corporation, is well known to me
and known to be the individual described in and who executed the
said deed as the President of said Company, and that he person-
ally appeared before me this day and acknowledged to and before
me that he executed the said deed as the President of said Company
and that the same is the free act and deed of said company;
And that the corporate seal of said company was thereupon im-
pressed by authority of the Board of Directors of said company, and
that the said execution by him as President as aforesaid, was for
the uses and purposes therein set forth and expressed.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and official
