Clerk of the Supreme Court for the said County, the same being a
Court of Record, Do Hereby Certify, That W.D. Halsey has filed in
the Clerk's Office of the County of New York a certified copy of his
appointment and qualification as Notary Public for the County of
Kings with his autograph signature, and was at the time of tak-
ing the proof or acknowledgment of the annexed instrument duly

A.E. Bailey of the County of Alachua State of Florida, here-
inafter called the grantor, to Mrs. Ethel Connell of the County                   
of Alachua State of Florida, hereinafter called the grantee.
Witnesseth, That the said grantor, in consideration of ($150.00) Dol-
lars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release enfeoff, convey and confirm
unto the said grantee and her heirs and assigns, in fee simple,
the lands situate in Alachua County, State of Florida, describ-
