And I Further certify That the said Ethel Connell known to
me to be the wife of the said L.G. Connell on a separate and pri-
vate examination taken and made by and before me, separately
and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing, relin-
quishing and conveying all her right, title and interest, whether of
dower, homestead or of separate property, statutory or equitable,
in and to the lands described therein, and that she executed the
said deed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Deed, Made the 15th day of Feb. AD 1916 by G.L.
Pendarvis and Georgia Pendarvis his wife of the County of
Alachua State of Florida hereinafter called the grantors, to
Mrs. Ethel Connell of the County of Alachua State of Florida
hereinafter called the grantee.
Witnesseth, That the said grantors, in consideration of One & no/100
Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise release enfeoff, convey and
confirm unto the said grantee, and her heirs, and assigns, in
fee simple: the lands situate in Alachua County, State of Flor-
ida, described as follows: Tract number Forty One (41) of Section
6, in Township 10S. Range 16 East according to the plat of the
Alachua County Colonization Company (Inc.) Subdivision of said
Section Six.
To Have And To Hold the same together with the hereditaments,
and appurtenances, unto the said grantee and her heirs and
assigns in fee simple.
