This Indenture, made this 2nd day of April, AD 1915, between
A.S. Albright and Zourie O. Albright, his wife, of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
J.E. Cauthen of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars, in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said par-
ty of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, towit: Situated, lying and being in Alachua
County, Florida: Beginning at the North West corner of lot one(1)
block eight (8) Tompsett's Survey of Alachua, Florida, running
thence West one hundred and forty five (145) feet; thence South
one hundred and twenty six (126) feet: thence east one hundred
and forty five (145) feet; thence North one hundred twenty six
(126) feet to point of beginning. Being lots three (3) and four
(4) and east half of lot five (5) of Block eight (8), Tompsett's survey
of the Town of Alachua, Florida, including one half interest in
Pump at North West corner of property herein described. all in
township eight (8) South, range Eighteen (18) east.
And the said A.S. Albright does warrant that he has not con-
veyed, mortgaged, or otherwise encumbered the above described
