property by any act, deed or otherwise of his since date of deed
from J.E. Cauthen and wife to A.S. Albright, dated Oct. 4, 1913.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
parties of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 2nd day April, 1915, before
me, a Notary Public in and for the State of Florida, at Large,
personally appeared A.S. Albright and Zourie O. Albright, his wife,
to me known to be the person described in, and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
said A.S. Albright, on and examination taken and made separately
and part from her said husband, did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renounc-
ing and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and
to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released, and that she executed said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
