having its place of business in Ocala, Marion, County, Florida,
party of the first part, and T.J. Cone, of Alachua County, Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred Dollars, in hand paid by the party
of the second part, has granted, bargained and sold and con-
veyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto him, the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever, all of that certain lot, tract, piece
or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and particularly known
and described as follows, to-wit:
All of Sections 35 and 36, Township 11, Range 19, contain-
ing 1280 acres; all of Section 31, Township 11, Range 20, except
10 acres in NE corner, containing 630 acres. Also the fol-
lowing described lands in Section 30, Township 11, Range 
20, containing 210 acres, commencing at the SW corner of
Section 30, Township 11, Range 20, running N 45 chains,
thence E. 30 chains to timber land on margin of Ledrirth
Lake, thence SE along margin of said lake to South boun-
dary line of said Section 30, thence along South boundary
line W. to point of beginning.
Above lands containing in all 2120 acres, more or less, to-
gether with all and singular the rights, tenements, heredita-
ments, and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any-
way appertaining; and the said party of the first part
does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend same against the lawful claims of all persons what-
soever.
