I hereby Certify that before me personally appeared Clarence
Camp to me well known as the President of the Camp Phos-
phate Company, and Jack Camp, to me well known as the
secretary of the said Camp Phosphate Company, and they each
acknowledged the execution of said deed and that the sign-
ing, sealing and delivery of the said deed by them as pres-
ident and secretary of the Camp Phosphate Company, was
duly authorized by said Company and was the act and
deed of said Corporation and for the uses and purposes in
said deed expressed.
I further Certify that said Jack Camp did swear and ack-
nowledge that the seal attached to said deed is the Corpora-
tion seal of the said Camp Phosphate Company.
I further Certify that my commission as Notary Public does
not expire until the 9th day of October AD 1918.

This Indenture, Made this 14th day of February AD 1916, be-
tween B.M. Hawthorn and his wife Ella L. Hawthorn of the Co-
unty of Orange and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and Standard Oil Company of the County of-and State of-
parties of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledge, have remised, release and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties
of the second part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, to wit: Lot (three) Block (Seven) in the town of
