To Have And To Hold the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
parties of the second parties heirs and assigns forever.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 14th day Feb. 1916, before me,
a Notary Public in & for the County of Orange & State of Flor-
ida, personally appeared B.M. Hawthorn and Ella L. Hawthorn,
his wife, to me known to be the persons described in, and who
executed the foregoing instruments, and severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said Ella
L. Hawthorn, the wife of the said B.M. Hawthorn, on and exa-
mination taken and made separately and part from her said hus-
band, did acknowledge that she made herself a party to said
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and releas-
ed, and that she executed said deed freely and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
