This Indenture, Made the 23rd day of February, 1916, be
tween P.G. Ramsey as the Sheriff of Alachua County,
Florida, party of the first part, and J.M. Fennell, of
the same County and State, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: Whereas, by virtue of a certain execution
issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Co
urt of Alachua County, Florida, dated the 14th day of
December, 1915. in the suit of Nellie R. Fennell as
plaintiff; and against one Noah Neal as defend
ant, directed and delivered to the party of the first
part commanding him of the goods, chattles, lands
and tenements of said defendant the cause to be ma
de certain moneys in said execution specified,
the said party of the first part did levy on and
seize all the estate, right, title and interest which
said defendant had of, in and to the lands herein
after described, and did advertise said lands
for sale for the time and in the manner provided
by law, and on the first Monday in February, 1916,
being the 7th day of said month, during the legal hours
of sale, did sell the said lands at public outcry
in front of the court house door in Gainesville, Flor
ida, to the highest bidder therefor for cash the said
party of the second part being the said highest bi-
dder for cash, and the said party of the second part
having bid the sum of Twenty-five Dollars for the
said lands, Now, Therefore, The said party of the first
part for the consideration of the sum of money be-
fore mentioned as being the highest cash bid for
said lands, and under and by virtue of the aforesaid
execution, has granted, bargained, sold and con
veyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all the
estate, right, title and interest which the said
defendant had in and to the land in Alachua
