18 and NW 1/4 of section 36, Tp 10 Range 17, East. To
Have And To Hold The said lands unto the said pa-
rty of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever, as fully and as absolutely as the said de-
fendant had or held and could convey the same-
at the date of the judgment under which the afore-
said execution issued. In Testimony Whereof I have
