mber Company: Now These Presents Witness, that
the said Cummer Lumber Company, grantor here
in, for and in consideration of the sum of eleven
hundred, eighteen and sixty-one-hundredths
dollars ($ 1118.60) Dollars, to it in hand paid by
the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and con-
firm unto the said Grantee, and to its success-
ors and assigns forever, all that certain piece or
parcel of land situated in Alachua County
and State of Florida, known and described as
follows: the North-east quarter of Section 21,
Township 18 South, Range 14 East, containing
according to the Government Survey, one hun-
dred fifty-nine and eighty-one-hundredths
acres (159.80), be the same more or less. To Have And
To Hold the same, together with the hereditaments and
appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, and its suc
cessors and assigns, in fee simple forever. And the
said Cummer Lumber Company, for itself, its su
ccessors and assigns, covenants with said Gran
tee, its successors legal representatives and as-
signs: That said Grantor is undefeasibly seized
seized of said land in fee simple; that said Gra-
ntor has full power and lawful right to convey
said land in fee simple, as aforesaid; that it sh-
all be lawful for said Grantee, its successors le-
gal representatives and assigns, at all times pea-
ceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occu-
py and enjoy said land; that said land is free
from all incumbrances; that said Grantor, its suc
cessors and assigns, will make such further as
surances to perfect the fee simple title to said
land in said Grantee, its successors, legal rep
resentatives and assigns, as may reasonably be
required; and that said Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all per
