County of Alachua } Whereas, William H. Robertson
and M.E. Robertson, his wife, and James Doig and
F.W. Doig, his wife, of said State and County, ex
ecuted and delivered their deed of conveyance to Sa
rah Vose Nichols, of said State and County, on the
25th day of January AD 1904, whereby they released,
remised and quit-claimed unto the said Sarah
Vose Nichols, her heirs or assigns forever, that certain
lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Flo
rida, particularly known and described as fol-
lows, to-wit: Lot Number Twenty-one (21) of San
chez and Thompson's Plat of the Subdivision
of Lot Number Three (3) of the Bailey tract, East
Gainesville, recorded in Plat Book "A" at page
29 of the public records of Alachua County, Florida,
which said deed was thereafter duly recorded in the
public records of said County in Deed Book 60,
at page 262 et seg., and, Whereas, the lands in
tended to be conveyed in and by said deed are
not described with sufficient accuracy and cer
tainty, and Whereas, it was intended to convey
to the said Vose Nichols the land hereinafter descri
bed, and the grantors hereinafter mentioned are
desirous of correcting any inaccuracy in said
deed of conveyance, and Whereas, William H. Ro
bertson died intestate in Alachua County, |
