This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 25th
day of February AD 1916, between Stanton Walker
unmarried of Duval County, Florida, party of the
first part, and J.C. Weimer, Jr. of Alachua County,
Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten dollars, and other valuable
considerations, to him in hand paid by the par
ty of the second part, the receipt of which is here
by acknowledged, has bargained, sold, transfer
red and conveyed unto the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua
County, Florida, to wit: The Southwest Quarter
S.W. 1/4 of the Northwest Quarter (N.W. 1/4) of Section
Two (2), Township Eight (8) South, Range Twen-
ty-one (21) East. To have and to hold the same unto
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to
gether with all and singular, the tenements, heredit
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining. And the said party
of the first part covenant and agree to and with
the party of the second part that he will defend
the title to said land against the lawful claims
and demands of his executors, administrators,
