This indenture, Made this 30th day of March 1916, between
E.E. Cannon and wife S.F. Cannon of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida parties of the first part and Maude
C. Howard of the County of Alachua in the State of Flor-
ida party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said part-
ies of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten (10) dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following de-
scribed lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated and
being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: South half (S 1/2)
of lot four (4) and lot five (5) in Block Three (3) in Brown's
Addition to Gainesville all in NW 4 of Section five (5) Tp. 10
S. of of Range 20 East. ((50 cts Rev. Stamp Cancelled))
To have and to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, unto her the said party of the second part, heirs

And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
