         I hereby Certify that on this day before
me personally came and appeared P.G. Ramsey
to me well known, and by me well known to be
the identical person who is, and who are, Sheriff
of Alachua County, Florida, executed the foregoing
Sheriff's Deed, and he acknowledged to and before
me that he, as sheriff aforesaid did sign
seal, deliver and execute the foregoing deed for the
uses and purposes therein contained and expressed.

This Indenture, Made the 31st day of January, 1916
Between F.B. Rawls Guardian of the estate of
Jno C. Rawls, Hollis C. Rawls, Nate R. Rawls, Frances
B. Rawls party of the first part, and G.W. Lewis
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said F.B.
Rawls, as aforesaid having on the 24 day of
Jany AD 1916, by petition applied to the Judge
of the County Court in and for Alachua County, Florida
for authority to sell certain real estate. The property
of said Children lying and being in said County
of Alachua, and more particularly hereinafter
described: And the prayer in said petition having
appeared to said Judge to be reasonable and
just and to the best interest of said children
