cash in hand paid at and before the delivery of these
presents by the said Walter Fentem, as Trustee for Beth
Fentem, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
I, A.P. Buie: As Special Master in Chancery, as aforesaid,
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed and
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey
unto him the said Walter Fentem, as Trustee for Beth
Fentem, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand of the said Ka-
thinka Gaylord and her husband E.S. Gaylord, in and
to the following described real estate, situated, lying and
being in Alachua County, State of Florida, and more par-
ticularly known and described as follows, to-wit:
Commending at a certain stake on Victoria Avenue Fifty
Three (53) chains and Twenty Seven (27) Links South of the
North Boundary Line of Section Thirty Three (33), Township Eight
(8) South, Range Twenty Two (22) East; Run South along Vic-
toria Avenue Four Hundred Fifty Six (456) Feet to a stake
agreed upon; thence West to the dividing line between Lots
Eleven (11) and Twelve (12); Thence North Five Hundred Seventy
Six (576) Feet; Thence East to a point Seven (7) chains and Twen-
ty Five (25) Links West of Victoria Avenue; thence South One
Hundred and Twenty (120) Feet, Thence East Seven chains (7) and
Twenty Five (25) Links to point of beginning; containing twen-
ty four (24) acres of land, more or less in Section Thirty Three
(33), Township Eight (8), South, Range Twenty Two (22) East.
To Have And To Hold The above Granted and described
property, together with all the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and every part and parcel thereof, unto
him, the said Walter Fentem, as Trustee for Beth Fentem,
and to his heirs and assigns forever as fully and com-
pletely as I am authorized and empowered to do, under
and by virtue of the Decree of Foreclosure above referred 
to and the advertisement of sale, and the sale thereunder
made.

aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal on this 3rd. of April, 1916.
