part, and Mrs. Hattie Thomas of the County of Ala-
chua in the State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred dollars, to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever, the following described
lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
The South West quarter of the North East quarter
of Section Twenty five in Township Seven South
of Range Nineteen East. To have and to hold the
above described premises, together with all and sin
gular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertain
ing, unto her the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said party of the first
part does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the law
ful claim of all persons whomsoever. Witness
