before me, that the said A.G. Cummer as President
signed the foregoing Deed, that the said Waldo
E. Cummer as Secretary attested the same and
that the Corporate seal of the Cummer Lumber Com
pany was attached hereto, and that said Deed
was thereby executed by said officers under authority
of the Board of Directors as and for the act and deed
of the corporation for the purposes mentioned: And
I Further Certify that I know the said persons
making said acknowledgments to be the officers
described in and who executed the said Deed.

This Indenture, made this 19th day of December AD
1910, Between N.G. Wade and wife, Mary E. Wade, of
Duval County and W.E. Bell, and wife, Lizzie L. Bell,
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and J.H. Johnson, of the County of Ala-
chua in the State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
considerations to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg-
ed, have granted, bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the fol-
lowing described land, situate, lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida, to-wit:
