examination separate and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing Deed
of Conveyance, and joined in the same for the purpose
of relinquishing all dower or right of dower in, and to
the premises described therein, and that the relinquish-
ment of dower was made freely and voluntarily, and with-
out any fear or constraint from from her husband, the

This Deed, Made the First day of April AD 1916 by
Lawson L. Hill, widower, of the County of Alachua
State of Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to Barney
R. Colson of the County of Alachua State of Florida, here-
inafter called the grantee.
Witnesseth, That the said grantor, in consideration of Twenty
Five Hundred Dollars and other good and valuable consid-
erations the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey
and confirm unto the said grantee, and his heirs and
assigns, in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua County,
State of Florida, described as follows: Commencing at the
North East corner of Lot Number Four of Block Number
Four of Range Number Three of the Original Survey
of the Town of Gainesville, and run West Eighty (80) feet,
thence South Sixty (60) feet, thence East Eighty (80) feet, thence
North Sixty (60) feet to point of beginning, the same be-
