executed the same for the uses, purposes and consideration
therein expressed, and make this acknowledgement to the end
that the same may be admitted to record according to law.
And the said Eugene Wilson wife of the said Isaac Wilson
being examined by me separately and apart from her husband,
acknowledged that she made herself a party to and joined
with her said husband in the execution of the said Deed for
the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing all her dower,
right of dower, or separate property in and to the lands therein
described, and that such renunciation and relinquishment is
made by her freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
official seal the date last aforesaid.

This Indenture, made this 17th day of September AD
1915, Between W.R. Thomas and wife Katie M. Thomas of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part, and W.M. Liggins of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth,
that the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Fifty Dollars, to them in hand paid,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained,
sold and transferred and quit claimed and by these presents
do bargain, sell and transfer and quit claim unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida more par-
