This Indenture, Made the 7th day of September 1915, Between
Henry A. Cobb, as Administrators of the estate of Eva
Cobb Harris party of the first part, and Raymond
O'Neal Thrasher of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said Henry A. Cobb as aforesaid having on the 20th
day of July, AD 1915, by Petition applied to the Judge
of the County Judge's Court in and for Alachua Co-
unty, Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate,
the property of said Estate lying and being in said Cou
nty of Alachua, and more particularly hereinafter descri
bed; and the prayer in said Petition having appeared
to said Judge to be reasonable and just and to the best
interest of said estate, and the Court being satisfied
of the expediency of such sale, having made an order
dated the 19th day of August AD 1915, directing the said
Henry A. Cobb to sell the said real estate at private
sale; and thereupon the said Henry A. Cobb having
contracted to sell the said real estate to the said par
ty of the second part for the sum of Four Hundred
and No/100 Dollars, to be paid as follows: Cash in hand
