The State of Florida, }
Alachua County        }   Know All Men By These Presents,
That We, T.G. Metz and Elizabeth S. Metz, his wife,
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consid
eration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
to us in hand paid by Lois Tucker of the County of Al
achua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these Presents do grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto her the said Lois Tucker all that cer
tain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida,
particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
And located in the City of Gainesville, to wit: Commence
at the North East corner of the lot in South West Gainesville
and known as the "A.E. Taylor" lot, as the said corner is
now located, as appears by deed recorded in Deed
Book 75 at page 475, of the records of Alachua County,
thence from said corner as now located by a fence
post run South one hundred and twenty one feet
to beginning of land hereby conveyed, or initial
point, thence run West One hundred and fifty
feet to a corner; thence run South Eighty five feet
to south line of said A.E. Taylor's lot: thence run East
along the South line of said lot one hundred and
fifty feet to South East corner of said lot: thence
run North Eighty five feet to point of beginning
of said lot hereby conveyed same being part of
the property devised by the last Will and Testament
of Amelia E. Taylor to Serena H. Taylor on record
in County Judges office in Gainesville Florida,
containing by estimation -- acres of land, more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements, here
ditaments and appurtenances to the same be-
longing, or in anywise appertaining. To have and
to hold the same unto her the said Lois Tucker
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, in fee simple absolute. And the said T.
