of the said parties of the first part, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and be-

I hereby Certify, That on this 17th day of April,
1916, before me, A Notary Public in and for the State
of Fla. personally appeared Luther C. Gracy and
Mrs. Margaret S. Gracy, his wife, to me known to be
the persons described in, and who executed the fore
going instrument, and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and
the said Mrs. Margaret S. Gracy, the wife of the said
Luther C. Gracy, on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledged that she made herself a party to the
said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relin
quishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to
the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein de-
scribed and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed the said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
