his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, inter-
est, claim and demand which the said parties of the first
part have in and to the following described lots, pieces
or parcels of land, to wit: Commence at the Northwest
corner of the South Half of Section 31 Tp. 9 S. R. 20 E. and
run South 330 yards E. 733 1/3 yards, N. 330 yards, W.733
1/3 yards to the place of beginning containing fifty acres
of land more or less and being the same land described
in the Mortgage from first parties to The Dutton Bank as
recorded in Book of Mortgage # 48 page 208
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatever of the said parties of
the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever.

I hereby Certify, That on this 5th day November, 1915,
before me, a Notary Public personally appeared Urllis
W. Colson and Mrs. K.D. Colson, his wife, to me known to
be the persons described in, and who executed the forego-
ing instrument, and severally acknowledged the execut-
ion thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned: And the said Mrs. K.D.
Colson, the wife of the said Urllis W. Colson, on and ex-
amination taken and made separately and part from
her said husband, did acknowledge that she made her-
self a party to said deed for the purpose of renounc-
ing and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in
and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released, and that
she executed said deed freely and without any com-
