Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good
and valuable considerations to them cash in hand paid by
the party of the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have bargained, granted, sold, aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do bargain, grant, sell, alien and con-
vey unto him the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever, all the following described
lands situated, lying and being in Alachua County, Florida,
and described as follows, to-wit:- All the right, title and interest
of the parties of the first part in and to the following:-
Commence at the Northeast corner of Block 4 Range 2 run thence
West 30 feet 8 inches, run thence South 80 feet, run thence East
30 feet 8 inches, run thence North 80 feet to beginning; also,
Lots 9,12,13 and 16 in Block 4 Range 2, all of said property
lying and being in the City of Gainesville, Florida, and being
described according to the original survey of the town (now
City) of Gainesville; also, the West Half of Lots one and two
in Section 33 Township 9 South Range 19 East.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
To Have And To Hold the above granted and described
lands and every part and parcel thereof unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute.

seals on the day and year first above written.
