This Indenture Made and Entered Into on this the 29th
day of April, AD 1916, by and between G. Henry Davis,
A Bachelor, of Alachua County, Florida; party of the
first part and C.Y. Crawford, of Alachua County, Florida,
party of the second part.
Witnesseth:- That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations to him cash in hand
paid by the party of the second part, at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained; sold,
aliened and conveyed and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien and convey unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns, all the following described tracts,
pieces, or parcels of land situated, lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:-Lying and
being in the Thomas Napier Grant of 1,000 acres, being
part of Lot 24 of said Thomas Napier Grant Plat of which
